For water, shuttle over to the rings of Saturn and pick up ice chunks. Melting them may also release some air, but maybe not the good kind. For more air, hydroponic gardens or something similar. You could also crack water molecules and get oxygen and hydrogen, which could then power hydrogen fuel cells. Besides that, for power, why not get some alien tech going? Where are the dilithium crystals?
