    Let Nancy Pelosi implement it. After all she’s one of the smartest Democrats.

    Yep, turn down those billions of federal dollars and then demand cuts for social programs to balance the state budget.

    Right. We should demand that our citizens work 2, 3, even 4 jobs without affordable healthcare as any other civilized country would provide, but let’s continue to outspend the next 17 combined countries in defense against…what? We’ve become the laughingstock of the world thanks to the screaming idiots on Fox News and their followers like Ima.

    @onguard:

    There is a difference between Arizona’s law and Colorado’s law, and it’s in the Constitution, no less. Something to do with Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness.

    Explain to us HOW the AZ law supported the Federal Law…aside from the fact that you heard it somewhere

    Budgets don’t originate in the Senate Howwww-dee! That’s strictly the House’s prerogative.

    Pelosi, unlike Boehner, could pass laws in her own caucus. She was, and is, a very good politician, and better yet, she’s right on the issues, knows economics, and supports America rather than trying to starve it.

    I’m always amazed by people like Howgozit who have a lot to say about how this country is run but haven’t taken the time to read/comprehend the 3-page US Constitution.

    The look on the Big-Shot Kentucky Terrapin was priceless when Reid called for that vote…

    I’ll bet Howie sorta favors McConnell’s dashing looks—-I can envision Howie’s jowls blubbering to and fro, as he bangs on the keyboard, ranting away w/his one sentence declarations about how stupid Democrats are, how Liberals are leaderless, how budgets form in the Senate….

    To borrow from Jimi—-“Drool on, Howie guy, you can’t think like me…”

    Romney? Republicans who touted it as a far better option than single-payer when the Clintons were in office?

    Good luck with your tax increases to pay for Obamacare, liberals.____________Well, if you “Personal Responsibility” conservatives would actually TAKE a little personal responsibility and BUY SOME HEALTH INSURANCE FROM A PRIVATE COMPANY instead of going to the Emergency Room and sponging off of us WORKING Liberal Taxpayers, there wouldn’t BE a tax increase.But, no. Buying health insurance from a private company is now Socialized Medicine.

    Now the divide and conquer strategy is obvious — if you are the radical rich and you don’t want to fund healthcare for your workers, teachers, and middle class, then pay your lobbyists to tell the 99% that the states should take care of healthcare. Then tell the GOP governors to say the Feds should take care of healthcare. Divide and Conquer —no healthcare

    So you read the Constitution and still want to know “where the Senate budget is”? Then I guess you missed the part where it says the budget is the House’s responsibility.
