Regarding the shirt of the geezer to the right: I bought a moss green shirt once in a shop with apparently artificial light only. When I was out of the store in sunlight it turned out to be a bright bordeaux colour. I didn’t brought it back since I was even more pleased with the red than with the green.
So maybe during panel 2 there’s a sunset happening and in panel 3 the street lamps are on.
