Clifford: One Big Dog, Dammit

When I was a boy, we had a German Shepherd that would take myself and three brothers for a “drag” on his leash. That’s more dog than most people need. Dad would chain him up with logging chain and the dog would drag his doghouse around the yard and bash it to pieces. He eventually had to “go to a farm”.

I think Bounder is ready to relieve himself right on top of that house. The guy standing there would do well to clear out of the way asap

I loved watching the Big Red one on TV with our granddaughters. It taught them the “What could possibly go wrong?” gag.

Hoagy, Ellington… and Bounder? Shouldn’t the third dog be Basie, or Coltrane, or Parker?

Man, that Bounder….He’s so large, when he shits around the house, he REALLY shits around the house!

Howard Huge definitely feels like the deepest cut of these three. I expect Marmaduke will be the next to fall from people’s awareness.
