    This is a repeat but it is apropos: When I was a teen my parents became uncool and stupid, they stayed that way for a long time. Finally when I was about 25 or 26, I went to my dad and asked, “Why am I still alive?” He held up his thumb and forefinger right next to each other and said, " It was THIS close a couple of times. If I’d had a place for the body, you’d of been gone!!!"

    Thank you DAD, now I understand. Working on the grandkids. You’d be proud of them. Miss you.
