Easy mistake to make, just apologize Opal

One symptom of COVID is the loss of sense of smell. Did Earl contract the virus?

One of the downsides of the retired life: Every week is very much like every other. It’s easy to remember doing something yesterday that was in fact last week.

Taking out the trash is my job too.

Some men are useless.

Some of those things likely to smell should go out for compost, if possible. Perhaps some of those other things could be kept in the fridge until trash pickup day so they don’t decompose so much and smell up the house.

Don’t nag me, I’ll get to it!

The hilarity never stops…

Opal shouldn’t have to remind him like he’s a toddler. Earl has probably taken the garbage out for 50 years and had to be prompted every time.

Garbage with a bone and a fish tail, sticking out on top…in a house with a dog and a cat. What’s wrong with this picture ?
