It’ll have to weight.

Back in the 1980’s I made frequent trips to Korea. They sell these things called “mink blankets” (they are actually acrylic). They weigh about 40 pounds each but they do keep you warm.

Who knew, back then, that they would be a “thing.”

We got them out recently when we lost hear due to a power outage. It was a major effort just to roll over in bed.

My wife wanted one last winter, so I got it for her at Christmas. The Twin size weighed 15 lbs. She only likes using it on really cold nights, so I have been getting a workout lately, given our yo-yo temperatures. 39 last night, but it will be 55 tonight…(sniff ACHOO!))

“Of course I can spot you. You are RIGHT THERE! No go to sleep…”

Roll off the side. When you hit the floor, roll away. Getting back in-more difficult. (Especially after a bathroom run in the middle of the night.)

I was given a weighted blanket, and hated it. It felt like an elephant was sitting on me, and I wondered why anyone would want such an implement of torture.

I love mine! And yes, it’s a baby-workout-routine just to move around with it on.

Giving away another “Million-Dollar-Idea…”Surely the “technology” of a too=heavily-weighted heating blanket could be improved?Once the microchips return from hibernation, that is.

My wife got one for her bed. Yes we sleep in separate rooms because she snores like a drunken sailor. Anyways, I hate the darn thing. It sucks moving around when I make her bed.

I love my comforter because it keeps me warm and is very LIGHT WEIGHT.
