Ramirez thinks that’s terrible. It is ok to pay farmers not to grow wheat, or not to plant wheat. That is a Republican program.

Hey Ramirez, if you were paid minimum wage for your work, would you still be drawing cartoons? And no benefits or vacations either. It seems that repeating lies pay well.

People are using their unemployment to buy Ferraris and take vacations to the Med. They don’t want to work. /s

Since when did adding well over 200,000 jobs in a month become “terrible”? W left us losing 750,000 jobs a month. Trump was losing a million jobs a month for a time.

So much for the absurd, grotesque, ludicrous, and mythical “trickle-down” mantra.

This is a great comic! Funny and totally true! If biden did nothing the jobs report would be better. I would add LOL but its really not funny for small business owners trying to reopen.

Someone is effectively paying Ramirez not to work because there certainly wasn’t any effort put into this cartoon. It doesn’t even make sense. How would paying Biden not to work help the jobs report? The Las Vegas Gamblers Review got screwed if they paid for this one.

Or just raise the federal minimum wage to $15/hr for corporate controlled businesses and set locality specific wages based on local inflation for small businesses. Corporate restaurant industry can’t claim raising wages will increase menu prices when they’ve already been manipulating menu prices to meet inflation of meat, produce, and material costs. Profits go up for them while they force more employees to see federal and state financial assistance.

Why won’t people work in a toxic work environment for $7.95 an hour? It’s a mystery.

So, lets take a look at Biden’s record so far. First thing in office killed about 30,000 energy related jobs. We are no longer energy independent. Overturned most of President Trumps policies especially those preventing illegal immigration resulting in a flood of people across the border. Ten times the number of illegals compared to the same time last year – 178,000 now as compared to 17,000 a year ago. Far more kids in cages than there ever was under President Trump (who got rid of them) or even under Obama. He’s shown weakness as a leader to the world resulting in China’s saber rattling over Taiwan, North Korea’s resumed missile launches, Putin massing military forces along the Ukrainian border in preparation for an invasion and unrest in the Middle East. Biden glad handed the Palestinians, gave them $300 million resulting in Hamas believing the Obama policies were back in place which emboldened them to attack Israel these recent days with rockets. Gasoline prices are skyrocketing and we have gas lines for the first time in years with about 20% of the gas stations in some parts of the south having no gas at all. Biden’s Covid policies are all over the board, contradictory and confusing. There’s so much more but enough for now. Thanks so much for all the chaos Joe.

We could force corporations to pay people enough to pay for things like rent, bills, food, etc.

Oh wait, they own our government, we can’t make them do anything.

Nice ZINGER there, Mike. But Biden’s not one to sit back and relax: He’s got work to do and he’s pushing hard (and cleverly, seems to me) to get it done before it’s too late… if it isn’t already.

And yeah, it IS a bad jobs report. But, still “according to me” it’s not a trend yet. Lets see how things go over the summer, now that we’re starting to get close enough to herd … not really “immunity” but maybe “resistance”… so that folks CAN get safely back to work.

Pay the President not to work?

That’s what was done with Trump.

I, for one (of many), don’t believe that worked out well, at all:
