Once again, a reference post so people who choose to read about and discuss the history of Gasoline Alley can put their comments in replies. Those who don’t can bypass the discussion by leaving the replies closed. Fair for everyone, I think.
97 is not low. Mine is normally 96.5-97.5. Always has been. One can check the original doctor’s research. He said that his instruments were much more accurate than typically available at the time, and one could use 37 celsius – which converts to 98.6, however the actual average was 36.63 celsius, which is 97.9 Fahrenheit. And again, it was an average. One’s primary care physician should know their patients’ normals.

There’s more awkward poses here than a typical installment of “Rex Morgan, M.D.”.

It felt strange. Went to a car swap meet yesterday. No one wore masks. I’m full vaccinated so I wasn’t worried.
Now let’s all think of Manhattan Transfer’s song “Smile Again”.

So, where’s the big full page panel that special days usually get?

97 is not abnormal for a forehead-scan temperature. It’s healthy.
