vocally complaining sure can be a bad thing, can it?

Well, Roger, you’ve blown it again!

A billionaire son. I fail to see the problem with that idea.

Amazon is up this year, but I’m not sure about Yahoo.

I’m rather surprised Amazon has not become the target of an anti-monolopy investigation.

This was true till the tech bubble burst in 2001 and many people got out.

Ah, simpler times!

I remember this story. If you remember this era, Jason’s efforts were a lot like some companies back then.

Where I live Amazon is adding 1000 jobs and expanding for growth.

Well, Roger just went ahead and invested a bunch of money. Unfortunately for him, he chose Yahoo!

I remember when Amazon selling things other than books was still relatively new, a guy at work was lamenting that he couldn’t find anyplace online that he trusted to order something he wanted. I suggested Amazon and he slapped his head, saying “Oh, that’s right!”

was this comic from before the bubble burst? I remember in the early days there were a lot of internet startups that made quite a few people very wealthy for a few months before many of them suddenly went bankrupt

The weird part is that Roger thought of it before Jason.

Yahoo bottomed out rather quickly however.
