Eh, don’t worry about it… another study will come out within a week to state the opposite side… they always do with eggs. ;-)The research says that yes, there is cholesterol in eggs, but there there are other nutrients in eggs that help with cholesterol support like Lecithin. They’re better for you than they are worse for you WITHIN MODERATION. ;-)

Like burleigh2 stated, eggs are good for you. First they weren’t now they are. I LOVE EGGS, but eat in moderation. Next month or next year, they will find something else wrong with them. I eat what I like. If it’s questionable, I do so in moderation. I don’t think the “think tanks” know as much as they “THINK”.
