There’s no place to post comments there, so we meet on the same day’s Ballard Street…but in 2008.

 

We’re meeting today in the conference room of Willoughby and Sons, Bail Bonds and Global Grain Marketing.

Today’s conference, led by Mr. Willoughby Senior, was supposed to be over by now…. but you can see the slowdown.

Apparently his presentation, on “The Price of Rice in China,” was quite emotional, for some.

 

Don’t worry, they’ll be out soon….

Mr Willoughby Jr. will be helping me straighten up the room….

He’d like to join us for Cleo comments, so he’ll leave the coffee service set up, and provide doughnuts.

I am totally loving basset Riff Raff.

Since I have the music burned into my brain, I barely noticed the absence of sound in this brilliant comic. You did it! Thanks, SB and NH! I thought Nighthawks was kidding when he said he would do the Time Warp with Cleo!

I’ve been having problems tonight with my connection and with the GoComics site.

No idea whether my poor connection could be causing or at least a big part of the latter….

but I keep being made to sign in again, and some pages just won’t open, even when others will.

 

Now it’s very late…. but before I go….

I want to make a correction I forgot about last night,

just in case anybody actually read my comment a couple of days ago, about Farfel.

I said he was Jerry Mahoney’s dog….

and later I realised that wasn’t right.

I have to confess I had to Google it to make sure,

but he was Danny O’Day’s dog….

I guess I’m the senior member of this group. I never saw the movie, but it’s a favorite of our older kids. And they still love it! Thanks to X I watched the Time Warp Again and really liked it. Quite catchy.

I can see how great today’s animation truly is! Great job NH and Stel! And yes, I can hear the music!!
