I will be glad to finally eat real meat in a few months, but I must say, I don’t find it half bad to use some of the SOY TVP Sausage flavored bits. I sprinkle enough to cover bottom of my pasta bowl, top with slices of raw garlic (10-15gm) and when my veggie or whole wheat pasta is just cooked dump it right from the strainer on top, add enough of my homemade sauce, cover and warm for 1 minute. I have spinach and jicama, whole wheat toast & V8 with it. Good breakfast!

I’m having turkey soup for the third day in a row.I’m still not tired of it. I love soup, and with the chill in the air it’s a perfect choice.

I’m going to have so much TurDucKen left over, making soup out of some of it sounds like a good idea.

That Packers game was something else today. I wasn’t expecting it to come out in a tie. The Cowboys surprised me too.

Ha ha!… Apparently!… One man’s trash is another dog’s yard sale!…
