Sorry to break into your breaking story, but our news-chopper just spotted a police persuit involving some guy who ran a traffic light. We’ll follow it all night, but never follow up on whether he gets convicted of anything.

This just in: Two minicam crews are filming each other, waiting to see who dies of boredom first. Two sets of film at 11.

And here I thought I was the only one who marveled at the utter lack of knowledge for “On the Spot” reporting….
