The judge has gone above and beyond what is the norm to keep the trial fair for tRump. tRump has made it as difficult as possible to make the trial unfair. It is his only defense.

It strikes me that Trump has received more deferential treatment than any defendant in recent history, and that including the light treatment that all rich or famous people receive. Along with this has been a string of convoluted rationalization of his alleged crimes. Through it all, Trump has spent more time demonstrating his sense of superiority than of his innocence. Worse, there is this drive to ignore his character. Sometimes we hear of someone who is accused or caught in some kind of trouble, and we say we would never have believed that person would do such a thing. Whereas, Trump has bragged about so many things that it is easy to believe the worst.

If you are implying confirmation bias by the judge in this case, show us the irrefutable proof please. Enough with your weak attempt at public opinion sway

Love how the left suddenly doesn’t like the Supreme Court all of a sudden. When it was compromised of leftist judges it was venerated by the left but now that it is compromised mainly of center right air right judges it is no longer venerated by them. If there’s ANYTHING off kilter in these proceedings about Trump’s (alleged, mind you) crimes, it’s that the profoundly lethargic process is unfair to the plaintiffs, i.e., the entire American people — and anyone else anywhere whom Trump has afflicted or injured with his villainous behavior.

Trump has violated gag orders and committed contempt of court MANY, MANY, MANY times. There is plenty of evidence to convict him of being a “crook” but we can start with criminal for now.

How DARE the judge issue gag orders against intimidation of jurors & witnesses & families?

Instead of being selected on a random basis as is required by NYC law, this ‘judge’ was hand selected for his well known anti Trump bias. President Trump is being charged on federal election law violation. But, he’s being tried by a NY DA at the state level! This has never been done before, a State DA prosecuting a Federal charge at the State level. FEDERAL prosecutors examined these charges and decided that there was no merit to them. This is 100% election interference by Marxist Democrats. Republican President Trump being tried in a majority Democrat state with no possible chance of a fair trial. This is Marxism, Banana Republic politics.
