NATIONAL NO HOUSEWORK DAY. Now THIS one, I’m behind 100%!!!

NATIONAL COFFEE CAKE DAY

DO-IT-YOURSELF DAY

The Good: I have coffee. The Bad: I don’t have any cake.

The Good: I’m up for ‘Do-it-yourself. The Bad: It’s housework day.

The Good: National Beer Day and I’m a beer drinker. The Bad: There ain’t no bad, I’ve got beer!

Annie could make even more money doing doggie day care AT THE WAREHOUSE when she isn’t in school. Bad news about the fruit trees – the first 2 nights the apricots were still hard the following day (there are several hundred on 2 very old trees), but yesterday afternoon they turned to mush. Unsure about the other fruit trees but brown blossoms are not a good sign.

I may accept my ophthalmologist’s invitation to attend her Eclipse Party tomorrow outside her office. She will provide approved viewing glasses …… I can walk there too.

My mom was an expert at the veiled insult. She may have perfected it when she was a nurse. She was great with obnoxious customers in my dad’s store. They never got it.

Occasional sarcastic remark? I think Chesney’s uncalled for insults are more than occasional. In fact, they seem too darn frequent. He’s like a a furry Don Rickles. On another note, saw three chickadees, a rabbit, two juncos, a robin, and a duck while out walking today.
