I’ve been in combat, but I was an adult…can’t imagine the trauma of a kid going though in a friendly place!
So glad that I’m old and never need fear that horror again.
I’m glad to be so past done.
So it’s good preparation for life, then, which it strongly resembles.
Used to be the opposite….SO,SO glad I’m old & school is a distant memory…..
That is so sad.
I learned that I could fight back, which may have traumatized a certain bully. At least, he never tried to bully me again.
