Trout is full of bologna—doesn’t matter if it’s fried or not.

I joined a club sandwich club. At our meetings someone always brought a giant club sandwich club club sandwich, and the sergeant-at-arms had the club sandwich club club. He was a hero, that guy. Fit, good buns. Spent a lot of time on grinder. Good ol’ Hoagie….

Sorry, Aggie my dear, but (as with fraternities) there is no such thing as a “cool” sorority; both breeds of club are really just gangs. A-holes acting like being a-holes in the same way, together, means they aren’t a-holes.

Are you afraid they would invite Trout instead of you?

(You should be you know. Bologna is often the key to success.)

No baloney here. But yesterday I tried something new — kielbasa lunch meat. So instead of being in a ring, the sausage is made into a loaf and sliced thin for sandwiches. So I had fried kielbasa and a fried egg on cheese bread. My gosh, it was good.

Agnes may want to stand back four or five paces if she ever wants to try to join a cool sorority — in order to size up the members and see if they’re really people she wants to associate with. My daughter was in a sorority in college, and before she joined she went in with eyes wide open. She made sure the members were the down-to-earth, inclusive kind of people she’d want as sisters.
