    BIRDBRAINS? OMG!

“The corvids (ravens, crows, jays, magpies, etc.) and psittacines (parrots, macaws, and cockatoos) are often considered the most intelligent birds, and are among the most intelligent animals in general.” (Wikipedia so it must be true).

Meanwhile, DJT met with another wannabe dictator and fellow Putin puppet, Viktor Orban of Hungary. He’s the guy the freaks at CPAC adored so much, and who explicitly told them “Together we will overthrow the government of the United States!” to thunderous applause.

The CPAC orgy-goers flat out called for the “Orbanization” of America.

Vulture scavenger has spoken. Now you gop crows hop to it and fork over the cash. Fat bird needs more of your beer money to pay off court convictions and more convictions on the way. Give give give. Your master moses commands.

trump does do better with the less educated doesn’t he? Much easier to fool dumb folk. A lesson not lost on the evangelist in the southern states, where education is discouraged. All one needs to know comes from the pulpit.

Their choice will be to vote for Trump or a borderline dementia patient who behaves like a castaway shouting at the airplanes flying overhead [sorry, Greg Gutfield]. Yes, it’s a cruel strategy on Trump’s part, but Saul Alinsky would certainly approve.

Incidentally, the phraseology used in the above cartoon is a fairly accurate representation of Trump’s “strategy” on acquiring enough voters to win this OR ANY election…

M.A.G.A. republicans, knowing this, have been busy crafting various ways in which Trump can win without the “messiness” of depending on voters to win elections – and, of course, once one of those “ways” does, in fact, “work”, they can stop trying to get those “ways” to work and cease the pretense of “elections”, altogether.

After all, Trump in the White House and a majority of republicans in the House and Senate would be PERFECT in their eyes – and everybody KNOWS that you cannot improve on “perfection”, so why try? The only “hump” they’ve yet to surmount is getting them ALL “elected”, and, as I’ve said they are tirelessly working toward THAT goal…

Orange Traitor already has all the bird brained supporters. Many are easy to identify by the red hat with MAGA on it. The most interesting thing about these birds is that they aren’t making anything great again, or ever.

Won’t he be in a huff when he finds out ‘birdbrain’ is a complement.

birds have evolved a different but quite remarkable system for generating sophisticated, flexible thinking, right alongside ours.

Birds are far more gifted than we are at navigating.

Birds learn and remember. They use calls and songs to communicate. They locate themselves in space and position themselves in social groupings, from family units to flocks of hundreds or thousands. Their brain waves show the same pattern as ours during sleep. They deceive and manipulate. They play games. They console one another. Birds are great models for understanding our own mental processes

Scientists have studied the whistles and gargle calls of chickadees, and declared their system of communication among the most sophisticated and exacting of any land animal. When you pass a chickadee, note the number of dees in its call; they’re conveying to other chickadees your size and degree of threat.

More and more research is showing that the behaviors we thought were unique to humans—planning, problem-solving, reasoning, learning, teaching, empathizing—are shared by other organisms. But they use them in their own unique ways to survive.

As a child of the Sixties, it’s deeply weird for me to be the one supporting the government against the right wingers who now want to tear it down. Hey, MAGAtts! If ya don’t like it here in a democracy, why don’t ya take yer sorry selves ta Russia? Big dose of cognitive dissonance for yours truly.
