Mike Pence said the other day that he and his wife had conceived that way. That means they destroyed embryos. So his absolutist stand on abortion is complete hypocrisy. Destroying embryos is part of IVF because the alternative is horrific.
If you had IVF but could not destroy embryos, you would have to force many women to undergo a surgical procedure that they don’t want.
Imagine you created 8 embryos, you went through two implantations. You have two children. But you’re not done. The government will force you to go through 2-6 more pregnancies (implantations can involve 1 or 2 embryos).
Imagine now your spouse dies. You still have to go through 2-6 more pregnancies you don’t want. Now imagine you die. SOMEBODY is going to have to incubate those embryos. Will people volunteer or will we force people to do it?
Now imagine one of those embryos has three copies of chromosome 21. Down’s Syndrome. Guess what, you’re getting a Down’s Syndrome baby.
Anti science, education cons cannot legislate competently, vote them out.

I’ll bet one game Timmy is really good at is Hide-and-Seek. It takes a good microscope to see him when you know where he is. And how do you know what you’re looking at is actually an embryo? It might just be some random blob of cells.
So, embryos are people, huh? Then why are they being kept locked up in freezing conditions without due process? That’s a violation of their 4th and 8th Amendment rights.
Note the following “logical” progression:(1) frozen embryos are declared “people”(2) as a “person”, they can be named and issued Social Security cards – making them “legal”(3) as a “legal” person, they’re entitled to ALL state and federal benefits the state and the State offers(4) since they are frozen they are essentially immortal and can draw those benefits FOREVER(5) The original parent must assign a “guardian” which will monitor their “rights” in perpetuity to cover when the “parent” passes on, and I’m quite sure it will be determined that those “guardians” will be given the right to vote for those persons since they need representation and obviously can’t vote, themselves – and so it goes on down the rabbit hole of the conservative’s position…
