You need to start with having an actual congress declared war.

Makes sense to me.

Limited draft already being discussed- March 29 possible vote to reestablish draft that officially ended January 27, 1973—- no war Is needed to establish draft… all branches other than marines are short able bodyfolks to fill the ranks

Most importantly make sure there’s lots of diversity. Make sure that there is inclusion in the service people who might be killed. To be sure of equity, include more of those people/groups who have been underrepresented in the past.

You want to go to war? Here’s your gun. The front is that way. Don’t turn around or we’ll shoot you for desertion. The meek can’t inherit ’til we run out of belligerents.

Well just another example of “Military Intelligence” at work. When you need soldiers draft the enemy.

We start by drafting all those who are, gasp, gun-owners. They are cheaper to train.

Congress has a few Veterans and Combat Veterans but most other Congress not Vets. No presidential Veteran since Bush 2009. Today’s president not respectful of Veterans or their burials.

No, start with all nine of the SCOTUS Judges. Let them have a real life experience of how it feels to really defend the Constitution.

Wouldn’t your rather draft people that would defend the country.

And their children and grandchildren

Somehow I don’t think many politicians would be very good soldiers (even the ones who WERE in the military when they were young)

Most would be 4F……

Draft every congressman, senator, presidents, and every appointee’s kids. Put them in Marine rifle platoons for the entire time mommy and/or daddy is in a position of power. Make their parents really think before sending somebody else’s kids off to war.
