Secretary Mayorkas Is Being Impeached for Following the Law on Border Enforcement

Mayorkas would have been the first government official to be impeached for actually staying within the bounds of the Constitution. In fact, it is the cons who are making unconstitutional demands.

In the impeachment articles they drafted, they alleged that Mayorkas failed to block immigrants entering not just illegally but also legally and detain them—in inhumane and unconstitutional conditions—rather than release them. Even more absurd than the allegations is the fact that in the process of making them, cons repeatedly misstated the law, quoted overturned court decisions, and, hilariously, confused DHS Secretary Mayorkas’ actions with those of Secretary of State Antony Blinken and others.

All of this proves just how Orwellian the cons discourse on immigration has become, and they are working for the trump 2024 campaign, not the country.

The republican house rejected the border bill because lying criminal Trump wants the USA to fail to help Putin.

I find it interesting after seeing many border patrol videos and interviews, where agents are telling us what to, and needs to be done, and yet neither character in this toon seems to listen to them nor have actually taken action to do something. Blaming one another is not a fix.

And those same Republican Senators only discovered the true nature of the bill when it was torpedoed by Their Messiah.

And The Disciples are so grateful that Their Messiah is such a Stable Genius that only HE could discern what Republican Senators could not.

Now, Nick, elephants don’t blush. As Mark Twain observed, “Man is the only animal that blushes. Or needs to.” Moreover, Republicans don’t blush either, since these days they have no shame, and even less decency than Joe McCarthy.

It is worth remembering that in a myth found in one of Plato’s dialogues, Zeus decrees that persons found incapable of shame or justice need to be put down like mad dogs.

It’s amazing. MAGA Mike says that he can’t schedule a vote on funding Ukraine without a border bill to go with and the week before he rejected the bill he’s now demanding. Does he think we are deaf, blind and have the memory of a goldfish?
