Hur was part of the trump DOJ leadership team.

Hur was Rod Rosenstein’s “point man” for the Mueller investigation and as such he and Rosenstein “very carefully and quietly curtailed the investigation.” He was involved in keeping the investigation “in a lane.”

There was a lot of “questionable or uncomfortable bleed over” between White House politics and DOJ operations.

The Special Counsel is supposed to follow DOJ policies re: not impugning the character and reputation of people who are not being charged with crimes outside of the facts of the case. Hur crosses the line in his statements about Biden’s supposed memory issues and other things.

The report creates headlines and then contradicts itself by saying there is “insufficient evidence” to support ideas such as that Biden “willfully detained” classified material. Most contained his notes and were no longer current regardless.

The part about the recording with the ghostwriter in which Biden mentions classified documents being stored nearby is especially (and seemingly purposely) misleading. Hur states in several places that these documents are about policies related to Afghanistan but then much further along in the report Biden never says what classified materials he was talking about and classified information isn’t included.

The materials related to Afghanistan were found in a different place years later.

The conclusions Hur draws were not related to the facts contained in the report.

The real reason Biden wasn’t indicted isn’t because he is “old and cute” but because of the lack evidence and also that Biden would likely have successful defenses.

The appointment of Hur seems like a misstep by Merrick Garland. If Garland wanted to seem non-partisan he should have chosen a Republican who didn’t serve in the trump administration.

Robert Hur thought that his investigation into President Biden’s handling of documents was going to be a career-defining moment. Hur probably even thought that winning a conviction against President Biden would propel him into elected office. Sadly, when he could not come up with any wrongdoing on President Biden’s part, he saw his vision of celebrity slip away.

That is when Robert Hur got angry and vindictive.

Hur then decided to libel and defame the President. He inserted hyperbole and innuendo into an official report, knowing that it would be his word against President Bidens and that he could damage the President politically. So Hur attacked Biden’s age and kind nature. He attacked President Biden’s memory of his son, knowing how much that would hurt and offend the President. Robert Hur is a political hack of the worst kind. A coward who writes a report he knows served no purpose other than to hurt another human being.

Hur’s report is not a finding of fact; it is an application/resume aimed at Trump for him being offered the AG’s position if Trump regains power. Our job is to make sure Trump never regains power, and that he can never reward Hur.

Joe talked about shrinkflation is yesterday’s video. How companies are ripping off consumers with smaller product for the same price. Did ever occur to him that it is inflation that is and element of that phenomenon. He should have been talking about government, HIS government. Government “is giving you less for every dollar you spend.”

Nothing comes close to the mumbled gaffes made in disgusting terms by tRump. He means every one.
