Rick Wilson blisters GOP for silence on Trump as he slips ‘deeper into mental illness’
Reacting to Donald Trump boasting that he would let Russia invade and “encourage them to do whatever the hell they want,” in NATO countries if they don’t contribute what he thinks is their fair share to the organization, avid Trump critic Rick Wilson blew up on Republicans for looking the other way.
In part of his epic rant on X, the former GOP campaign consultant wrote, “It’s not enough that he’s a rapist, a fraud, and slipping deeper into mental illness and sociopathy. It’s they’re fine with it as long as they keep the sweaty, febrile MAGA masses happy and keep their jobs.”
As Wilson wrote, “Not one Republican elected (correct me if I’m wrong) has come out today with both barrels blazing on Trump’s latest Russia capitulation. In fact, per Marco’s ‘What, me worry?’ interview with Tapper today, they’re doing the opposite.”
Also recall that when interviewed by a prosecutor, and with one’s lawyer present, you are instructed – actually expected – to answer that you don’t know or don’t recall unless you actually do.
This takes place in courtrooms all across the land from city courts, to county courts, federal courts, and in criminal and civil inquiries.
Regardless of whether you are a Republican or Democrat, male or female (OMG there are only two genders), gay or straight, or like Fords but not Chevies.
Can you tell me exactly where you were on any given date? Also, when President Trump starts calling on and talking to dead people or saying that Mexico borders Israel, let me know.
It’s gotta suck knowing that President Biden, even if he were suffering full-on, end-stage Alzheimers would still be a better President and far better man than Defendant Insurrectionist Trump could have ever hoped to be.

76% of Americans in both parties believe that Biden does not have the mental fitness to be President. Not in January 2025. Now. Spin that, Markstein.

I almost feel sorry for Republicans.
It’s gotta suck knowing that President Biden, even if he were suffering full-on, end-stage Alzheimers would still be a better President and far better man than Defendant Insurrectionist Trump could have ever hoped to be.
So I almost feel sorry for them. But not really.

Never mind “I can’t remember”. I’m worried about how many times Trump has invoked the Fifth Amendment.
Are there any times left for anybody else to use?

Did he forget that Trump opened the door for Russia to attack any European country if they not paying a fair share?
