Most of the things SCROTUS delivers were at least partly written by their aides. But under direction, that’s true.

We’ll soon find out how corrupt their decision making is.

So far, they refuse to decide whether it’s OKAY for a Republican president to order his opponents to be murdered.

Because fair and balanced.

Jeebus? OMG! “Help us, Jeebus! Jeebus (or Jebus) is a humorous substitute for Jesus, sometimes used to avoid blaspheming, other times to poke fun at believers, and most often just as a playful interjection.” (Google it).

Why go for the lesser evil?

Republicans are why we can’t have anything nice.

I don’t see that. There is another Republican candidate.

And what would you propose for the hypothetical case that one of the final candidates dies between now and the election? (According to Trump, Biden would even be allowed to have Trump killed.)

Even after denying the traitor from being on the ballot, there will be more than one person to choose from, so the denying people their vote argument just left the building.

Note that it’s the useless seven who are weighing in here. trump has made statements that are clearly meant to intimidate the SCOTUS into deciding his way, which is great. Either they decide against him (and for the constitution) or in favour of him (and show they are all whipped).

Sorry, fascism is definitely a republican trait, just look at Jabba the Trump’s record.

If Trump is disqualified then we will have the best qualified candidate in the race to vote for. Niki Haley is far better qualified than Trump anyway!

The world is watching.. and waiting. AND.. true to history, SCOTUS will put off making a decision until it’s too late. Then with much hand wringing they will try to make excuses.. or not.

Not exactly the Dream Team in American jurisprudence.

There won’t be a one-candidate election if the traitor is excluded. There are still about 300,000,000 eligible Americans who haven’t committed treason.

I worry that the SCOTUS is more and more a club for Harvard’s Federalist Society members that otherwise have no discernable workplace skills, and not even a tangential connection with society at large.

I just looked up, “Jeebus,” having been mildly interested in the term for years. Homer used it. Was there a character in a movie about a missionary, who couldn’t pronounce, “Jesus?”

This is why voting for president of the U.S. is so much more than a man for the office. McConnell got his rubber stamp in 2016 for the courts, though he’s since lost all control of tRump.

Tragic situation. Constitution is clear, if they can find their copies. Anyone in government who violates and ignores the constitution is committing treason. There are not enough jails to hold all of them. The judges are in violation as much as the President.

Many people would write in Trump, whether he is elgible to serve or not. If not on the ballot, there is still the ability to write in your own choice. What you mean is that the election will not be a contest. It will however be an affirmation of the rule of law. And that is very important, unless you are in favor of autocrats, communist, facist or otherwise.

Trump on the ballot would be like if Republicans put Schwarzenegger on the ballot or if Democrats put Obama on the ballot. Even if they win the election, according the the Constitution, they couldn’t serve. What is the end game of having Trump on the ballot in November when he can’t serve legally? If Trump won, would he be disqualified and his VP sworn in as President? Are Republicans projecting when they claim that if Biden wins, he will pass the presidency to his VP?
