It looks like they’re playing Chutes and Ladders with Wren. So cute. They really can be good at times… limited times, perhaps, but at least sometimes.

We had those same 2 breaks, and they were called “Winter Break” (as opposed to “Christmas Break”) and “Spring Break”.

Pick someplace affordable like Disneyland!

Spring Break talk already??? It’s still January, what makes you think Zoe that you will have behaved well enough to deserve to go somewhere on spring break?

Spring Break didn’t become distinct from Easter break until I was in college.

Well you wanted her to do well in Math!

Go sledding, go skating, build a snowman, go to a local museum…There are tons of cheap or free activities you can do during spring break.

This early in the year?

The “break” in Spring Break was NOT going to school.

I’d bet that spreadsheet is very Zoe-centric.

When spring break comes, kids do have time off, not the parent’s they are working.
