That’s me after going from 240 lbs to 190 over 9 months. Only took three 3-4-day hospital stays and one arterial stent at 83. I’m still truckin’.

Have to stay awake in that hot tub!!!

And the pounds just melt off.

Looks like he sweated off a few too many pounds. He might want to try whole-body cryotherapy.

But it’s just water weight.

At least this weight loss didn’t require an intense workout.
