In the books, the Wizard put needles and pins in the Scarecrow’s brain. So he became very smart and sharp as a tack.
Better than if the scarecrow was Rita’s business consultant. Just what they all need. Think “Office Space.”
But it’s a well-dressed adviser.

Wizard of Oz and other Oz movies showed a good scarecrow, but there are horror movies that showed an evil scarecrow.
It’s nice to see that Rita relies on the advice of someone with an excellent brain.
