If he actually believes that the 2020 election was “stolen”, then he is (necessarily) either an imbecile or a lunatic. If he says it without believing it, he is dishonest. People that blatantly dishonest in public are almost a sure bet to be dishonest in private. It wouldn’t surprise me to see Johnson eventually on trial for assorted crimes.
