The creature’s name was “Beauty”, according to Victor Frankenstein (who never completed his studies to become a doctor).

Except that Victor’s creation referred to him as his father (metaphorically), so it is up for discussion. Victor shirked his responsibilities as the creator (father) and set up the parricidal goal of his "son. I too love the old movies, but they don’t do Mary Shelly’s work justice.

The monster hired a grave robber. The creation was a designer original Frankenstein in the “found art” genre.
