From other commenters I’ve learned that “proud boy” is a ranch term for a gelding that doesn’t yet realize it.

‘A lot of downside’: Trump accused of hedging on Proud Boys’ pardon because he fears voters’ reaction

One of the most prominent Proud Boys members feels confident that Donald Trump will pardon him and other Jan. 6 rioters if he gets re-elected next year.Joe Biggs, who was sentenced last week to 17 years in prison for his role in the U.S. Capitol assault, told conspiracy monger Alex Jones last week on Infowars that he believed the former president when he pledged to offer “full pardons” to his supporters who had taken part in the insurrection, reported the Washington Post.

Enrique Tarrio got a larger sentence than the 9/11 attacker known as the Taliban American: Ex-prosecutor

U.S. District Judge Timothy Kelly considered terrorism enhancements, former prosecutor David Kelley said of the sentence for former Proud Boys leader Enrique Tarrio. Speaking to MSNBC’s Ari Melber on Tuesday, Kelley explained that the government was asking for 33 years, so Tarrio’s 22 years is still under the request. It is the highest sentence of any Jan. 6 insurrectionists yet.

I hope Trump is filling his pants, him being the instigator. None of them would be in jail if he hadn’t started it.

Yeah! Send them to prison! You know the ones where all the white supremacist gangs are running things. I’m sure they’ll really suffer with all the power and control they’ll have in there. All while their minions on the outside continue in their criminal ways. I can hear them now, “Please don’t throw me in that thar briar patch…anything but that.”

The prison times are very light for an organised group that almost overthrew an elected government. The prosecution should challenge these verdicts.

So, 1. he parades around demanding revolution, or something; 2. directs his followers to interfere with election results, violently if necessary; 3. gets arrested; 4. gets convicted; 5. calls the action he directed a nation embarrassment; 5. BEGS the judge not to “take away his 40s” (he lost more than that) with his voice breaking; 6. finishes his performance with the victory sign as he leaves court. What a piece of work!

All this is fine as to Trump, but either they’re not racists or they can’t even do that right, much less pull off an insurrection. Enrique Tarrio is a Black man from Cuba.
