It’s easy to deal with the maturity level up to about 6th grade. It’s easy to deal with it at high school level. It’s junior high that’s confusing. You can have a mature conversation with a student one day and have the same kid come in the next day acting like a third grader.
You are absolutely correct. Looney Toons, Bugs, Daffy, Elmer, Yosemite, Foghorn Leghorn, Pepe Le Pew, Speedy Gonzales, Tweedy, Sylvester, Tasmanian Devil, Wiley Coyote, Roadrunner, little chicken hawk! Now that’s funny!Plus Pink Panther cartoons, etc. I feel sorry for kids over the last 20 years. Outside of Sponge Bob, nothing to laugh with or at.
Hey, we’re all reading the comics, so what can we say. Then again, Bob’s Burgers, Rick & Morty, Futurama, Lower Decks, Family Guy, The Simpsons, American Dad, The Venture Bros., King of the Hill—I watch a lot of cartoons pretty regularly. And they’re a lot healthier content than most of the stuff on TV, like reality shows, violent police dramas, propaganda news networks, etc.
For all those here that get MeTv… Saturday mornings, there are CLASSIC cartoons from 7-10…Popeye/Woody Woodpecker, then Tom & Jerry, then Loony Toons, at 9:00.They are also on during the week, M-F, at 7:00, for an hour, and on Sunday, 10-1130, is The Flintstones, followed by The Jetsons, at 1130.

Hey, hey, I resent that. I enjoy laughing, and there’s not much on TV that’s funny anymore. Bugs and Daffy rule. (The old ones. Not the new crapola)

Warner Bros. Three Bears are really funny. I don’t think they made too many. Fun stuff.

My all-time favorite was “Duckman”. For some reason, it got cancelled – wink, nudge.
Episodes are still available on Youtube.

I pity the teachers their new real life, in person classes. What an odd thing to be able to write.

Most kids don’t watch “cartoons” anymore. It’s “anime”. Good luck with those 3rd graders. :)

At least the 3rd graders are teachable, Eno not so much.

The third graders may be too mature for Eno. For example, my nephew who is that age likes ‘Wild Kratts’; that may be too advanced for Eno.

Fang does well as the teacher’s pet.
