I have some awful news, Cappers.

Our beloved Affie has passed away.

I went on his Facebook page as I knew it was his birthday on the 1st and amongst the birthday wishes a couple of them said “Happy Birthday in Heaven”

I have known Affie since 2012 and as the years went by he was nicknamed “The Gaffer” because he was always one of the first to comment. 

I hope they are serving his favourite nosh up there and that he’s been reunited with his sister Mary and Bella the Calico Queen. Let’s all spare a thought and a prayer for Connie and his two sons as well as his granddaughter Princess Amy and grandson Typhoon Timmy.

R.I.P our dear Afficionado. See you soon, pal :-(

I’d have him in prison for that “delicious” thing

Andy can really lie when he needs to’ I thought all the court officers knew Andy, or at least his legend!

Do people get hit by lighting bolts where Andy lives? Telling whoppers like that should rate a bolt from above I would think.

Rather luckily, Andy’s exploits haven’t been spread as far as he would have liked.

Obviously with a testimony like that, Andy took the insanity plea.

What’s with the pointy things on the witness stand?

Nope, not believin’ this one. He’s appeared in court so often, there can’t be one that doesn’t know him.

I am sure Andy can appear very sincere when telling a lie because, let’s face it, he has had a hell of a lot of practice.

Let’s hope he doesn’t get into trouble for perjury.

Such an unbelievable strip. How could ANY judge or ANY lawyer in Hartlepool NOT know Andy or at least know his reputation?

I loved the bit where he apparently went to work.
