Awww, a sweet Katy and Gumbo time.

Gumbo is out of the basement…yay! Great to see her having a nice day!

Oh come on, Adam…you can nap anywhere. Literally anywhere. I’ve seen you nap on top of a garbage disposal.

Got herself into a spot. The only good word that rhymes with mouth is south.“Gumbo chases sticks & balls and catches them in her mouth. Then Gumbo takes her nap and dreams of ……. tall trees in the south?

Katy and Gumbo snooze, Adam looses.

Let sleeping dogs and kids lie.

No doubt Adam has a back-up nap spot. And an alternate nap spot. And a reserve nap spot. And an emergency nap spot.

“And dreams of barking ‘ROUF’?” ☺

Sorry, Adam, Katy and Gumbo needed that spot for a while.

My favorite nap spot is wherever I fall asleep…

Yeah. One man’s perfect fishing hole is another man’s favorite swimming hole.

My dog is subjected to pretty much constant singing around my house. He’s usually the main subject of the songs, and sometimes I’ll drop in a “cookie” or “dinner” just to see his adorable little head tilt at the recognition of the word.

So cool. Adam needs to talk to his daughter a lot more.

Reminds me of when my kids would sing their favorite kid-show songs, substituting the names of our animals in for the kid-show stars
