   A few years from now, we will realize social media is as dangerous and pernicious as other organ-damaging vices like cigarettes and alcohol. I predict the regulatory reaction will mirror that of Big Tobacco. IMHO, can’t happen too soon.

   They keep us on our toes, that’s for sure. The teeth treat I use is called Minties. They are like Greenies but with no high-fructose corn syrup, wheat, or corn. Just sharing in case it might be an option for you.

   Good for you for turning that pup’s condition around. And I’m envious…never could get my rescue to accept teeth brushing. But he gets nothing that has sugar in the ingredients, and one of those chews that’s supposed to help with teeth every night. Also I use this seaweed-based additive on his food, and between all that the vet was pleased with the condition of his mouth at the last check up.

   With all doggie treats, keep in mind the amount of sugar as it can have seriously deleterious effects on dental health unless the dog’s teeth are brushed after consumption.
