   About 30 years ago I was stationed at the old Fort Ord. Much of the post had been abandoned and the wildlife was taking over. A lot of the animals were pushing their way into the miltary housing areas where we lived.

   A neighbor of mine had wild turkeys living in a tree near his quarters. They were vicious. Would chase the guys dog and cat. The kids couldn’t play in the backyard.

   Wild animals in nature make difficult neighbors.

   I grew up with my Dad watching the Lions lose, sound turned off on the TV, listening to the game on the radio.

   I spent yesterday and today in the hospital, having my left knee replaced.

   The night nurse and I were talking, he said that he had spent most of the 2020 working in a Covid only ward. There would be times the three patients a day were dieing. He told me he has questions about the vaccine but the disease is as real as fock.

   Go ahead and mock. I don’t care. Just don’t do or say anything to stop others from taking care of themselves.

   90% of Covid deaths in 2023 have been from adult males, 65 or older. That’s most of you old farts.
