Summer heat

warm/hot bubble baths for relaxing. Air conditioning to cool down. Choose the appropriate device for the needy issue.

I was kind of hoping the last panel would visually demonstrate how cool it was.

I love a nice tepid bath on a hot day.

Anyone remember the “M.A.S.H.” episode where Hawkeye and Trapper get their hands on a bathtub? They were trying to keep it a secret. Radar was running a fever and when they told him he already knew about it because he had to sign for it. He said “Why would I wanna get into a bath when I am already hot?”. They told him you can also fill it with COLD water. So poor Radar is just getting into the tub when Margaret, Klinger, and half the unit burst in! He wound up having to have his tonsils out so the guys traded the tub for strawberry ice cream-Radar’s favorite.

When we lived in Germany our apartment was on the seventh floor. There was no air conditioning. Few places there had that back then. There was a heatwave. I was very pregnant during it. My daughter was born on August 1st. I had spent the last month having cold baths in the afternoon so I could have some relief.

This is when you ask Arlo to join you and heat things up!
