Where do you see those? I look up “electric shopping cart” and all I get are the sit-down type for people with limited mobility.

I’ve got no idea why they should be feeling guilty. Although, were I Augustine of Hippo I’d know we should all feel guilty because we’re such depraved sinners. Thankfully I’m not Augustine of Hippo. So I’ve got no idea what’s going on. Maybe envy that they’re not in one rather than guilt?

Similar to people driving a Prius/pious..?

And what’s the matter with Mom-powered carts?

We don’t have electric carts where I work. Just those regular carts and scooter carts.

Mom-powered carts are more efficient!

If an electric car makes you feel guilty, you have more problems then a normal shrink can solve.

Doesn’t make any sense. For the environment, human power beats electric power any day!

That’s probably a Costco or some other warehouse spot.

That’s why I ride an electric bike, to make you feel guilty. Not because I’m terrified of driving and can’t afford a car. o((>ω< ))o

Why feel guilty about not wasting energy by using an electric cart? Manual carts work just fine and there is no battery waste to contend with.

Never have seen an electric shopping cart – at supermarket, pharmacy, Costco or BJs or anywhere else.

I normally only read the Sunday strip on Gocomics as I get the daily strips in my local newspaper – but when I saw this strip I am was so confused about an electric car that I had to stop by and see the comments.
