I am always amused when on TV they find a cell phone that was missing for years and they turn it on and it works. No charger in sight. Twice in recent books I have read that they got a dial tone on a cell phone.
I still have my old flip phone from Sprint. I kept it because of the very cool rotating 3 different animations on the screen when you flipped it open. 1. Water lily opening. 2. Birds taking off to flight. 3. Butterflies fluttering around. It was/is the best! I use it for an alarm clock.Surprisingly it was one of the least expensive they had at the time.
