And I thought I reacted strongly when anyone used to try to sneak a Pepsi in on me. They wouldn’t ask you like they do now. And it was NOT fine. LOL

I don’t get that option. When you ask for a T-bone, they never ask “dog-poop OK?” Or when you go to the lab for a blood test, “Colonoscopy OK?” Just say that you don’t have Coke. That’s not a replacement, not even a second rate one :D

When I’m asked that, I usually say, “No, I’ll take iced tea.” Coke fans are a loyal bunch. Do you remember when they came out with the “new” coke? What a mistake that was! I stocked up with the original to last me for a while. So glad Coca-Cola got over that nonsense!

Oh, that poor waitress! I prefer Pepsi to Coke.

Water is fine with me.

or tea…at least for me

I don’t mind Pepsi as a substitute if I’m just having a cola. But don’t mess with my bourbon and Coke.

Cheeseburger…..Cheeseburger….Cheeseburger…….Pepsi, No Coke.

My SIL drank only coke and my girlfriend only Pepsi. We lived close and often picniced together. Heaven help my brother and I if we forgot to pack both or served the wrong one.

I have the exact same reaction – but without the allergy claims, and I never say “Pepsi is fine.” I say, “I’ll have water.”
