Can’t say i blame him.

Have 4 rescue dogs. 3 avoid puddles. One seeks them out, and gets wet on purpose- Part lab.

Get him some boots.

Then don’t walk him in the rain?

He should have an umbrella too for that reason.

I don’t want to see what the back of that coat looks like when he gets home!

That would be my dog. He can hold his pee for days if going out means wet feet.

I’ve had two English Setters and neither one has liked stepping on wet grass. They will stand on the edge of my patio and do their business just over the edge and sometimes just “under” the edge.

we had a beagle I nicknamed “sugar foot”, enough said.

Then why doesn’t he have four little umbrellas?
