Early in my career me and another engineer started to set up a company. The attorney told us that if we get venture capital it didn’t matter if the business was successful or not, we would both become millionaires. Seemed very sleazy to us.
Left out the biggie: never use your own money. Even when facing fraud charges play poor little rich boy to defraud donors into paying for your defense.
And put every bit of money from your business into your private funds so that, when it goes bankrupt, the stockholders and vendors pay for your enterprise.
