Aw… the poor, persecuted gun-loving, mass shooting-enabling Republicans. The only thing that will salve their hurt feelings will be more gun lobby cash.
I have yet to see a post from a leftist blaming the shooter. It’s Republicans fault, it’s the guns fault, it’s the founding fathers fault! And from a comment here, it’s the fault of “unaccepting Christianity.”
You know, Mr. Allie, Something has to be deeply wrong with anyone who commits such an act. And there are lots of different wrong with all of them, being trans (allegedly, it does seem this person was looking for all kinds of reasons to hang their problems on) is really not relevant. However, what they do have in common is the ability to arm themselves’ to the teeth. And who has been loosening gun laws and fighting against ANY attempts to reign in the flood of serious weapons in this country? It certainly isn’t the democrats.
Every now and then the press gets it right. Ignore the mentally unstable faux news fascist propaganda machine and concentrate on the real problem….the GOP!
Well it is the person in the drawing that made it easy for the shooter to access a gun… and refuses to do anything to control this issue.
I don’t know why it is a problem to think that a “mentally unstable” person shouldn’t have access to a tool that will allow them to quickly kill multiple people.
Oh poor, poor, pitiful, besieged Republicans. How they must be hurting with all the bad press. Maybe they can get some sympathy from the families of the slaughtered children,
A sick individual committed murder. The police responded quickly and heroically and prevented more bloodshed. If military-style firearms were not available, the assailant might still have attacked the school, regardless. However, they may not have been able to wreck so much misery in such a short period of time.
Ballistic tests of a round shot from a pistol and a military-style assault weapon have proven that the handgun does not cause the amount of damage the assault weapon does.
Despite some people’s attempts to obfuscate the situation, it is the military-style weapons that most people are upset about.
Except the shooter was a former student, meaning they are a christian, too.
One has to wonder what kind of mistreatment they might have suffered at that school, and from that community, to have seen this violent act as the only resolution.

So, in order to be a mass shooter, a prerequisite is an affiliation with a political party? I didn’t know that.

The MSM hates it when a tragedy doesn’t fit its preferred liberal narrative. See y’all in church.

Eric thinks that bullying isn’t a problem at “christian” schools as long as the “christian” haters are attacking the same people he doesn’t like.
