The GOP for decades has struggled with a population that simply doesn’t support them. They blame the media, when it’s THEIR message that’s failing. That’s why they continue to turn to fringe, fanatical groups for support. That’s why they can’t win an election with the majority of the voters supporting them. That’s why they have to tear down every part of the government that polices fraud. As long as those institutions exist, the GOP is exposed for what it is: a tool for the wealthy top 1%.

So let me get this right – Showing actual video footage from the most talked about event in modern history that was never shown by the people now complaining about said video footage is considered an assault on the truth? I think your definition of “truth” is not in line of what truth is truly defined as.

And now the narrative protectors and the luckovich bodyguards will try to attack my point by calling me names and propping up their false narrative.

It is a grave mischaracterizatio if this slam is aimed at conservatives in general. It is not unreasonable to question a pandemic rules election but claiming certainty of a steal is a reach too far.Georgia’s 2022 results are in stark contrast to 2020 with Herschel the only GOP loser state-wide and that is Trump’s fault for backing such an awful candidate.

Sure, it was just a few well-behaved tourists. After all, a rich guy on TV had the video edited to show the “real” event. Sure he did.

I was once naïve enuf to think that we’d have a shot at more factual news coverage and less propaganda once Rush Limbaugh kicked off, Bill O’Reilly, um, retired, and Megyn Kelly got fed up and left, but apparently there’s an endless supply of shrill shills whose dedication to making a buck far outweighs any sense of ethics that might ever have glimmered thru their avaricious little brains. And that pretty much sealed my wistful wishes that Faux Noise might actually improve once Rupert bit the big one, because I understand that little Lachlan is even greedier than the old man — which is really saying something!

As a vexillophile, I’m always interested in what flags are being used for what purposes. Not shown here are American flags being used as spears and bludgeons, altho they had been repurposed for that during the attack. The Confederate flag was carried (apparently with pride) at the January 6 insurrection, but this cartoon realistically depicts the absence of the Nazi flag, despite the “Jews will not replace us” mentality of many people in the mob. I was kind of surprised that I didn’t see a representation of the so-called Gadsden flag, the yellow one with the snake saying “don’t tread on me”, because that’s become a favorite of the alt-right, and it was certainly part of the January 6 assault on the Capitol. And of course there were Trump flags galore because, as Liz Cheney noted, “Those who invaded our Capitol and battled law enforcement for hours were motivated by what President Trump had told them…. President Trump summoned the mob, assembled the mob and lit the flame of this attack.”

Why is everybody talking about Carlson? The real problem was handing the footage to that bigot in the first place. The blame is entirely Kevin McCarthy’s
