Many Earth believers believe that when a butterfly in China flaps its wings that it sets in motion a hurricane to form in America, so naturally if you killed the butterfly before it flaps its wings you prevent the hurricane forming and so save numerous human lives. Me, I am more a scientific skeptic and believe that when that butterfly flaps its wings it just flies off somewhere else and maybe finds some food to eat. No hurricanes forming, sorry.
