Let’s see, you want to trust a bunch of people who REFUSED to show you the videos over one who shows you the video proof of what he is saying? You have ZERO critical thinking skills!

NEXT ON TUCKER: New footage shows that German soldiers welcomed the Allies to Europe in 1944. They took their guests on sightseeing tours to the fun-filled spas where people breathed deeply the healthy air. Nazis were fine people who only wanted secure borders and banning abortions! See and believe on TUCKER!

Way too many people posting here with whom I generally agree, and I’m writing about some of the most popular posters, hold the right-wing populist politicians and media outlets more accountable than the people who are making this all happen, their next door neighbors. I think it’s because people don’t have the stomach to look someone in the eye and tell him/her, he/she is wrong. This whole Fox thing proves my point. Why did Fox start promoting the lie after being the first to say AZ was going to Biden? They flipped because your neighbors were moving on to Newsmax and OANN. If an orange poop falls down in the woods and no one wants to take notice, did it make a squooshy sound? It’s your neighbors who run this show. Quit primarily blaming trumpster fire for this idiocy, blame your idiot neighbor, get some intestinal fortitude.

Trump isn’t even the disease, he’s just a symptom. The disease is the capitalist system that produces a permanent underclass while assuring them that they are in a country that gives everyone equal opportunity. The media lets us know on a regular basis that there are people who were born in poverty but overcame the odds and are rich. That requires either talent, superior intelligence, or luck, frequently a combination of the three. And, the average person doesn’t have that advantage, or the advantage of being born on third base. So, the people who are still giving it their all and keep striking out have the general idea that the game is rigged against them, and no clear idea as to exactly why or how that happened. They get mad about it, don’t know who to blame, and Trump told them that it wasn’t their fault (probably the only true thing he ever said) and he would fix it ( probably the biggest lie).

Fox News sought damages from [Al] Franken [& his publisher], claiming in its lawsuit that the book’s subtitle violated its trademark of the slogan “Fair and Balanced”. The lawsuit was dismissed, and backfired on Fox News by providing Franken with free publicity just as the book was launched.

In the lawsuit, Fox described Franken as “intoxicated or deranged” as well as “shrill and unstable.” In response, Franken joked that he had trademarked the word “funny”, and that Fox had infringed his intellectual property rights by characterizing him as “unfunny.” The PUBLICITY resulting from the lawsuit PROPELLED Franken’s YET-TO-BE -RELEASED BOOK TO #1 ON AMAZON.

On August 22, 2003, U.S. District Judge Denny Chin denied Fox’s request for an injunction to block the publication of Franken’s book, characterizing the network’s claim as “wholly without merit, both factually and legally.” During the judge’s questioning, SPECTATORS in the court’s gallery frequently LAUGHED AT FOX’S CASE. Franken later joked, “Usually when you say someone was literally laughed out of court, you mean they were figuratively laughed out of court, but Fox was literally laughed out of court.” THREE DAYS LATER, FORX FILED TO DISMISS ITS LAWSUIT. – Wikipedia

Judge Chin said the case was an easy one, and chided Fox News Network LLC for bringing its complaint to court. The judge said, “OF COURSE IT IS IRONIC THAT A MEDIA COMPANY THAT SHOULD BE FIGHTING FOR THE FIRST AMENDMENT IS TRYING TO UNDERMINE IT.” trying to undermine it."

The First Amendment Project taped Fox News Network, LLC, v. Penguin Group (USA), Inc., and Alan S. Franken (2003 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 18693; 31 Media L. Rep. 2254) was a civil lawsuit filed in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York

Tucker texted, “That’s the last 4 years ( of the Trump presidency). We’re all pretending we’ve got a lot to show for it, because admitting what a disaster it’s been is too tough to digest. But come on. There isn’t really an upside to Trump.”
