well that didn’t end well…

I think they use chairs in classes, Adam.

Now I remember why I don’t do yoga. It takes a couple of hours after I get up in the morning for this H o m o Sapiens to become a H o m o Erectus. (Found another banned word)

My favorite position is sleeping kitty

That actually looks kind of comfortable.

Oh, dear, Adam’s back just blew out again!

Downward blob… I can do THAT pose.

Like many others, my back has “gone out” a few times over the years. Here are some of the most frequent causes – per the interweb anyway:

slept wrong

drank water too hard

carried a grudge too long

reached for the toilet paper

brushed my teeth – bent over to spit.

watched game on TV – reached for beer

Me thinks, Rob got nailed, having been talked into trying yoga, by whom is the question…

Does Katie have a yoga pose titled “The Impetulant Child?” I figure that one would be her specialty.

That pose is not unlike downward-facing dog, and also similar to something you’d do to stretch over an exercise ball. That’s probably not the one that would injure Adam.

His pilates light just went out…
