I think it depends on which end of a time zone people are to whether they want to stay on DST or stay with standard time. In Illinois, most of us would rather stay on DST.
No. We pay out money in the form of more traffic accidents, more heart attacks, more people having difficulty coping with the time change and other adjustments. Save Standard Time.
