It’s all about form and not a drop of substance. For the next two years, the entire Republican effort will be to make the Democrats look bad at all costs (including lies and violence) to the nation and its citizens. This is nothing new, they’ve been doing it for the past decade.

Donald Trump Furious With Kevin McCarthy Over Ashli Babbitt Remarks

Donald Trump has lashed out at Kevin McCarthy after the House speaker rejected the suggestion that January 6 rioter Ashli Babbitt was “murdered.”

In a post in Truth Social, the former president said he “totally” disagrees with comments McCarthy gave to reporters. The speaker was asked whether he backs Georgia congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene’s assessment of Babbitt’s death.

Babbitt, an Air Force veteran and supporter of the extremist QAnon conspiracy theorists, was shot and killed during the January 6 riot in 2021 by Capitol police officer, Lieutenant Michael Byrd, who faced no criminal charges over the incident.

Now Republicans can fight over their suicidal martyr.

IMHO Traitors and insurrectionists should face a firing squad.

The Republicans should absolutely refuse to raise the debt ceiling, until the Democrats agree to recind the exorbitant tax cuts for the rich that the Republicans have voted for every chance they got for the last forty-plus years.

Republicans have no plans to balance the budget, they defunded the IRS.
