We all know spousal abuse is not a valid thing. Dan does, too. That’s the whole point of this cartoon. Just validating that times changes things for the better. Akin to no more drinking heavy and then being able to drive home – that’s not acceptable either.

This is wrong on so many levels.

And incest should stay in the family.

When I was a kid, this was how the cops thought. They believed that they shouldn’t get involved in the “relationship” between a husband and his wife. Unfortunately that led to the death of my friend’s mother when his father finally beat his mother so badly that she died.
